For adults

Trauma support, therapeutic work and coaching for adults

Alongside my work in schools, I work one to one with adults — on trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and the patterns that keep repeating, as well as straightforward life coaching. Sessions are private, unhurried and paced to you.

More about me and how I work

What I help with

Most people arrive with one of these in mind. We can also start with a conversation and work out together what would help.

Trauma and PTSD

A steady, paced space to work through difficult experiences, at whatever speed feels manageable, with practical grounding you can use between sessions.

EMDR

A structured process for processing distressing memories so they lose some of their charge. Explained in full beforehand, and we stop whenever you want to.

Regression

Gently revisiting where a pattern or feeling first took hold, so the present-day version of it makes sense and can start to shift.

Hit and Release

Talking while you move. We box on the pads while working through what's come up, giving anger and repressed emotion a constructive outlet. No experience needed, and no contact between us.

Anxiety

Practical work on worry, avoidance and the physical side of anxiety, building tolerance a step at a time rather than all at once.

Life coaching

For when nothing is wrong exactly, but something needs to change — direction, confidence, habits, work, or how you're carrying it all.

This work sits alongside clinical treatment rather than replacing it. Where someone needs medical care or a specialist service, I'll say so and help you find the right route.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    A first conversation

A no-obligation chat about what's going on and what you're hoping for. If I'm not the right person, I'll say so and point you elsewhere.

  2. Step 2

    We agree an approach

We decide together how many sessions to start with and which approaches to use. Nothing happens without you understanding it first.

  3. Step 3

    Sessions that suit you

In person across London and Hertfordshire, or online. Paced to you, and you can pause or stop at any point.

  4. Step 4

    Fully confidential

What you bring stays between us, other than the usual limits where there's a serious risk to you or someone else.

Session length, frequency and fees are agreed in that first conversation, so just ask.

Request a session

Tell me a little about what you're looking for and I'll come back to you within two working days. You don't need to have it all worked out first.
